7. Adjust the annealing furnace temperature, oven temperature, and wire take-up speed to the range of process requirements according to the process requirements of the wire specifications. When all parameters reach the process parameters, take samples and send them to the quality inspection department for quick tests (adhesion, breakdown voltage, etc.) After passing the test, roll it into a coil according to the requirements of the finished product.

8. The operator must carefully adjust the wire pitch, wire stroke and take-up tension of the wire take-up machine to ensure that the wires are neatly arranged without crossing, overlapping, rollover in the middle, loose bumps, etc., and pay attention to the appearance quality of the enameled wire (color, luster, bubbles, burrs, abrasions, varnish, etc.).

9. The operator must have a strong sense of responsibility and should be able to weld the head, wear the mold, and analyze the quality of the wire and the reason for the defective product.

10. It is necessary to save paint, so that there is less overtime when adding paint, do not leave the post at will during working hours, and keep the workplace clean and tidy; obey the arrangements of the team leader and the captain at any time.

11. The operator should always pay attention to the water level in the outlet tank of the annealing furnace, add water in time and maintain the cleanliness of the water. At the same time, the absorbent felt must be turned at least once per shift.

12. The captain should always pay attention to changes in the quality and temperature of wire rods, urge the crew members to criticize and make corrections in a timely manner for operations that do not meet the process requirements, keep production records, and do not deal with it. Reasonable suggestions to improve the production process.

13. When reproducing, it should be more than the original given number of meters to prevent insufficient wires when making transposition wires, and the wires should be replenished in time.
